Are you an experienced Band 5 Nurse looking to develop your clinical and operational skills, considering a Band 6 role within a community setting?

Or are you an existing Band 6, looking for new challenges?

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Arun Community team for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Sister. The post involves having overall responsibility for a designated caseload of patients and managing the team's care delivery. You will be responsible for taking the lead in the day to day management of the team, supporting junior colleagues with teaching and coaching. You will need to have a wide range of clinical competencies and the mentorship qualification.
