MIDDAY ASSISTANT - Required to start as soon as possible
Band 1, Points 1-3
£17,842 to £18,562 (Full time equivalent – term time only (38 weeks)
Monday-Friday, 11:30am – 1.00pm (7.5 hours per week)

The Governors of Navigation Primary School wish to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and reliable midday assistant to supervise the children at lunchtime, both in the dining hall and in the playground. Applicants will need to be organised and be able to work well within a team. Previous experience in this role is not necessary although some experience of working with children and in schools would be useful.

The safety of children and young people is paramount and navigation and the school’s governing body and staff is fully committed to the rigorous implementation of safeguarding procedures and arrangements. All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and references will be taken up.
