Job Description

We require someone that has a can do attitude and is willing to help out with all aspects of office work.
Answering the telephone
Monitoring emails
Following up on tenders
Some HR
Some Health & Safety
CITB - applying for grants
CSCS - sending on courses & applying for cards
Training - organising training as and when required for employees
Plus any other general admin duties
The position is to cover maternity for approximately 12 months
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: £10.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Microsoft Excel & Word: 5 years (Required)
administrative assistant: 5 years (Required)
GCSE or equivalent (Required)
Administrative Duties:
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Answering emails and sorting post
Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
Greeting and welcoming visitors
