The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An experienced and adaptable administrator is needed to join the administration/reception team at Falmouth Community Hospital
The post is for 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts and days to meet service need, this will include full days and half days.
You will need to be extremely organised and pay close attention to detail. You need to be flexible to deal with changing work environments and priorities. Having the ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly is essential.
The successful candidate will work in a variety of services which will include reception, the inpatient ward, the day unit, clinic prep and the admin office.
Previous experience working in a patient or client focused environment will be an advantage, as will experience of working in a busy reception.
Training and support will be given to the successful applicant.
