Dedicated administrative and support teams make it all work. Brief Description The administrative support you bring will make all kinds of important work progress smoothly. From maintenance to improvement work, you?ll keep the systems, rosters and databases accurate. About the role (External) You?ll be accountable for providing accurate, efficient and effective administrative support. It?s a core role with a range of responsibilities ? from administering rosters and timesheets, to updating databases and records, and setting up filing systems. We?ll also look to you for general office administration, to keep everything running smoothly. Whether you?re working on instruction from your line manager, or using your own initiative, you?ll be conscientious and supportive of others. Essential Criteria Experience of clerical support and office management Highly organised, and an excellent manager of your own time Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office Confident working on your own initiative Excellent communication skills Desirable Criteria Knowledge of operational railway environment How to apply (External) Network Rail adheres to pre-employment Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS), this is government standard for pre ?employment vetting.
