We now operate as a Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Team providing a responsive and efficient crisis intervention service for people presenting with mental health difficulties in the community.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide admin support for our Crisis Team in Walsall on a permanent basis as a band 3 Administrator.

We are looking for motivated individual who enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing comprehensive administration service.

As part of this very busy team you will need to provide an efficient, effective, professional and confidential secretarial service to our Crisis Service. You will also be expected to input referrals, close referrals, type clinical letters, booking appointments and checking data on trust database.

You will work closely with other administrative staff to ensure continuity of administration support and mutual assistance within the service. There is also the expectation of occasional cover of Home Treatment administrative duties if necessary. It will be expected that the post holder will be able to think on their feet, provide flexible cover times in times of absence such as holidays and sick leave.

The work will be demanding and varied and you will be required to have excellent demonstrable administrative skills, telephone skills, be confident and assertive and be able to work autonomously using your own initiative. You should be a competent typist and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Words and Excel).
