Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Access Centre as Appointments Co-Ordinator for Maternity.

You will supervise a small team of x6 WTE booking clerks ensuring the booking of Early Access maternity patients along with scans and subsequent appointments throughout the patient's maternity pathway, in line with our Patient Access Policy.

You will be responsible for producing a rota to cover early and late shifts for the team and will be proactive when co-ordinating and delegating work to ensure targets are met. You will receive training to perform PDRs for your team and ensure your teams mandatory training is up to date.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who is keen to develop and further themselves professionally in their first supervisory role.
