About the role and our team
You’ll be joining a small team who deal with maintenance and repairs for the Islands social housing.
You’ll be the friendly voice of the Housing Maintenance Team, taking calls, preparing for meetings and making visitors feel welcome. You’ll also undertake administrative duties for the Maintenance Team particularly monitoring, filing and reporting on cyclical maintenance matters.
In addition you’ll provide administrative support to the House Improvement Adaptations Scheme (HIAS), which deals with adaptations and specialist equipment to both the public and the private sector.
